Why customer experience matters for Hong Kong insurers

Globally, insurers have been focusing on customer experience (CX) over the last few years. In Hong Kong, through Google searches, customer surveys, and other sources we can directly see why. We can see the topics and subjects customers' associated with insurance as well as how experiences, positive and negative, impact their online behaviour. Our infographic here attached explains our findings and how insurers can address these.
